Just Everything She Says Is Causing Apathy

Malicious stares, these are mine.

My true emotions betray my mask.

My smile drips with venom at the very thought of you.

It is that fierce, this intent to despise.

I have tried to kill this beast.

Put away even your memory and move on.

But how can I when you rear your ugly head in my dreams?

When even his touch is tainted by your residue?

Sacred, our friendship was.

So I thought.

You tore it up and cast it away.

Until even I could not recognize what it had once been.

Or who you used to be.

What little decency still breathed in you.

You suffocated with the white junk you shoved up your nose.

Sick.

I am ashamed to admit I ever knew you.

So, these dirty looks are all I have left of emotion for you.

This rage I have cannot be tamed.

Just like you.

Just like you.
