I sit here alone,

Alone as always.

I've had some to offer me friendship,

Yet as much as I hate it I turn them down.

Its not that I don't want to be up and around,

Goofing off with everyone else,

But I can't feel comfrotable with them.

I prject this image of someone that doesn't need nor want anyone,

The image of a "loner" if you will,

When deep down, the truth is I'm simply

LONELY
