Tears sting at the back of my eyelids as you tear down my defenses

You've taken from me my wings and freedom to fly

It's not like I meant for it to end up this way

I never meant to turn you into what you are



She was your angel, and I was your's long ago

I was born without wings, and I transformed after that time inbetween

But I'm losing them again, painfully

This isn't right, how did things turn so horrible?



How can things be like before?

What pains must I endure this time around?

You've filled up my heart like cement

You've filled me up like stones in my veins



I've decided that this is best, to keep eachother chained

For if not, we would start to wander..

Don't want that now, do we?

Can't repeat a mistake twice.
