Hello Stranger

You've come to visit me again?

You say you're staying this time?

I don't believe you

Don't look at me like that..

With those big, brown eyes

It's not fair

I've always waited for you

And you...

I don't even know you!

Why must I be so confused?

You made me this way

You leave without warning and

Disappear like the wind

Your wind...

You say it protects me

In place of you

And I feel like I know those winds

So well

Like we're old friends

But it's not the save as having you here

Whispering comforting words in my ear

And showering me with praise and kisses

Until slumber finds me

I don't know what to really think..

If I act with you like I do the winds...

Will you become even less

Of a stranger?

Maybe you never were one
