Cells break down

every day,

Skin cells shed away

and hair falls out

while our nails grow long

we give them a chop

so we seem practical

to people

because frankly doing

anything with long nails

is damn near impossible

Thinking about the past

can be a pain if you

have regrets

as most often people do,

I think about the break down

process though and it

gives me a little hope from time to time,

In seven years down the line

every single cell in your body

will be new and the old you

will be gone,

You can be a brand new person

seven years from now

and I think that is fascinating
