It was your knife

That cut me so deep

But my sparkle was gone

Before you were there



It was your life

That kept me alive

But my happiness fades

Everytime you speak of another



I never realized

How much one person could mean

But when you're not around

My soul rips away



It was your hands

That bandaged my wounds

But my sparkle's long gone

And it won't be returning



It was your goofy grin

That kept me smiling

But my happiness is gone

Along with my savior
