something special?
something sweet?
is it something to cherish?
is it something you eat?
can you see it like the sunset?
can you hear it like the waves?
will it sing like a bird?
will it lead you out of a maze?
yes, what is a promise?
a promise is different,
a promise IS unique.
a promise is a treasure,
a promise can't be defeat.
a promise is amazing,
a promise is gentle.
a promise can hold,
a promise is like a medal.
promises are different.
they come in different sizes.
promises can be kept or broke,
nothing can defy it.
promises are made for a reason,
and that reason has meaning.
there isn't any use faking one,
because a a fake promise is cheating.
so, what exactly is a promise?
a promise is like love.
it is instant and it is strange.
it comes in different shapes and sizes,
once found out, it cannot change.
if true, it lasts forever,
and if not, well, then it fades.
but promises should ever hurt,
and they should never fade.
what does a promise have to do with me?
make promises when you mean them,
and keep them when you do.
hope that others knows this,
and abide by this law too.
promises are deals you make,
with one another so that you know,
that the other will keep the promise,
and that the promise will begin to grow.
in the end, when a promise is kept,
both parties feel relieved.
and when it is true and honest,
anything can be ACHIEVED.
