Gone Again
And so you left again
And so goes my heart
And so goes my light
And I just fade into the dark
A world of obscurity where my demons wait for me
“I told you it would never last
Told you she would leave”
They taunt
The gaping hole returns
I do my best to trade pain for numbness
And feeling for nothingness
I d rather be hollow without a soul
Then to bare a sole that has no role
No meaning or reason for exsistence
No one appreciated it except you
And now your gone
So I ll go back to my place amongst
The shadows and obscurity
In the end it’s the only place for me
Alone with me and my devils again
And we’ll do our best to maintain
The numbness and the hollow within
