fluttering on

effortless wings

as it flys.



Wolf,

powerful, cunning,

stalking on

surefooted legs

as it prowls.



Butterfly,

elegant grace.



Wolf,

vicious hunter.



Butterfly,

adored for beauty.



Wolf,

admired for strength.



Butterfly and wolf,

opposites,

yet

both equal

to me.



Butterfly and wolf,

both enemies

of my body,



both dangerous,

deadly

creatures,



both symbolic

of my disease.



Butterfly and wolf,

both live inside me

in harmony

as they join forces

in their campaign

of my destruction.
