Sitting by Yesterday, Waiting for Tomorrow
hoping to drop this act & abandon all my sorrow
sparrows quickly rushing me to write
simple To Do lists waiting by the light
The sun slowly dawning, clouds slowly going by
anticipating rolls of thunder, a low type of sigh
Ink blotches heavy, and weighing down my soul
His fingers on my spine, arousing me so
Try not to get distracted, yet welcoming it too
No! Wait, Stop! I have to send a letter to you
Please don't get impatient when I'm lying on his bed
I'm really almost finished, it just has to be re-read
I have all my Stamps, and my hand is on the door
When he starts the game all over, I can't resist to implore
