just hold me close for a little while



and kiss away the things i've been going through



i know i'll be safe when your holding me close



and i can dream



and i can fly



without asking why



so kiss away this earthbound world and we will fly



to the stars in a minute



when i'm wrapped in your arms the world stops spinning



so we can fly, higher and higher



without looking back, we'll be together



and i can dream

so if there is anything you wanted to say



say it now without worries



and i promise you, i'll forget what you tell me    



because we know it'll hurt



but we can dream



and we can fly



and never question why



in this earth bound world, we'll just spread our wings and fly and they'll never know why
