I've done something wrong

I have done it all along

I was selfish

I was greedy with my wish



I wanted to be with you

I ended up getting hurt I thought you knew

I'm going to do something right

Even though I won't be able to sleep at night



I'm going to help you get her

Because you love her

I want you to be happy though

That is something I want you to know



So I will just step back

There must be something I lack

So don't let her go

Even though I wanted you so



This isn't the end

We will still be friends

We will walk in the halls

I will act like nothing happened at all



I will put on my mask

Whenever you ask

How I've been

I will not let you win



I won't let you win this game

I will act the same

Even though you're to blame

I'm not going to act so lame
