Oversaturated heroes with a lack of spine

Mistaking courage for a lapse of judgment

Blessings bestow fortune and torment

Standing side by side

I witness your world

Shatter

And I stare helpless

Yet jealous

I want to feel pain as you do

Residue of a blooming flower

Plummeting petals fall to my feet

And they wilt away

Symbiotic resistance

Malnourished innocence
