Snowman

Snow clings where sleet stings

Everything I touch is cold

Snow whispers as ice screams

Yet neither's words are bold

All I love will soon be gone

But I've nowhere to go

I'll not see tomorrow's dawn

But the stars look a lot like snow

Everyone huddles around the fireplace

Leaving me to weather the storm

For the fire offers no comfort to me

I have no soul to warm

Donald,
This is so precious, I like this poem.... My baby was nicnamed Snowman cause he was born during the blizzard Jan, 2000 at the midwifes house... and he loves anything that has to do with a Snowman....
Thanks for sharing this
Peace and Love
