You can open up your eyes

But in the dark

You're in the dark

And the future is no friend at all

Then you see it

You were only alive 

For awhile

And now the sun

Rises like the sky

So vaguely purple

Staring stars into hearts

Invoking the translucent spirits

To dance like lillies bedazzled

And lonely

And alone
