who i wished to see
holding them
comforted me
while i held onto their image
it never came
that dream
of the face i aimed to see
A different showing now appears
leaning against me
dragging my world down with their tears
i wish everyone could see
The smile and innocent face
Questions and laughter
it brings joy into my life
How can anyone resist?
