Looking pretty on the outside isn't that hard to do,

When Dior, Mac and Gucci are available to you,

But trying to decorate your body's inside,

Is something more difficult, I'm sure you will find.

Glue you use on your hair or on your false nails,

Won't fix a broken heart or battered entrails,

Lipstick galore won't help you find your soul,

Concealer won't conceal your heart of charcoal.

So next time you feel envious of the Beauty Pagent Queen,

Just remember the torture going on in her spleen.
