Alone
You left me alone in the darkness,
no where to go, no where to hide.
I was freightened of the sounds,
loud screams from across the road.
As i crouch down and close my eyes,
hoping everything would soon dissapear.
Yet, it seems to go on forever,
the screaming gets louder.
Almost sounds as if its echoing,
I fear I'm next.
Its silent for a few moments,
as I raise my head to look.
There in front of me is the man,
he picks me up with no fear.
Shoots me down as if I'm trash,
beats me till my heart is bleeding.
You escaped,
and left me here to die.
My screams were loud,
hope you heard them as you left.
Now I'm dead,
and you survived.
