I keep feeling the parasitic infestation
In my head I know it's in me
Causing all this frustration
I know it won't go away
Making me go insane
I don't know what to do
Underneath the skin it shows through

I've got this feeling it's deceiving me

The sickness in my head I feel so dead

I can't tell what's up or down
Diseased and sickened I start to drown
On the pills used for my sedation sedation
Feeling so drugged and confused
I feel like I am being abused
Why can't I feel
