Hey Hi Mister

Hey Hi

Hey Hi Mister Roller, you're stuck with your sins.
With one hundred troubles stashed up in one skin.
You finish your drink and go cradle your cup;
Time doesn't heal wounds just covers them up!

Hey - Hi - Mi - Ster
Hey - Hi - Mi - Ster

So finish your drink but still sit at the bar!
This house ain't a home but you're never too far
away from the cool smell of cigarette smoke,
and that feeling you got when your God never spoke!

Hey - Hi - Mi - Ster
Hey - Hi - Mi - Ster

Hey - Hi - Mi - Ster
Hey - Hi - Mi -Ster
Throw it on back now; take care not to choke!
Blink back the dead-eye of clavichord stroke!

Hey - Hi - Mi - Ster
Hey - Hi - Mi - Ster
Hey - Hi - Mi - Ster

Hey - Hi -

Author's Notes/Comments:

Now this one has a tune, but I'm afraid I can't write music here, can I? Anyway, it's also based on someone that I know, another person I am very close to. Maybe I should call these the 'Killing Ourselves' series. This one is about a man who is very lonely, and all he wants is to have family and loved ones who cherish him before he dies. Unfortunately, his family is dysfunctional, his children hate him, and his grandchildren are rarely brought to see him; now all he dreams of are days when things were simpler. Based on a person I know very well.
