Sitting here patiently, trying to finish my work,
Wondering why I can be such a jerk?
Why is there so much pain in life,
Living on the sharp end of a knife!
Such a big turn and a twist of fate,
I think I'll go crazy if I keep going at this rate!
Love like hers I will never again find,
Andd all she wants is to leave me here behind!
Leaving me to drown in my sorrow and misery,
I don't want to be just another page in her history!
If she only knew my true love and how much,
She wouldn't blame me for making such,
A fuss and crying like a baby,
Wishing and praying that she would just come here and maybe!
I will know in time my dream will come true,
And finally I will get to sleep beside you!
The feeling will be so happy and feel so right,
But for now all I can do is wish my love a good night!
