What is in this emotion?

Could it be frustration?

Could it be hatred?

Could it be confussion?

Or could it be all three?

Why does one get angry?

Is it what's going on around them?

Or what it is inside them?

I know some people can get you angry at them,

But is it really them or what you are going through?

Is it yours or is it mine?

Can it cause a lot of pain?

If it turns into hatred,

It could at times cause,

A lot of hurt, pain and sorrow!

Is it something you can borrow?

Is it something that could be dealt with?

What is anger?
