I can hear the whispers of the past,
Trying to get to me!
The voices of the people who have and will hurt me,
Trying to get to me!
Knocking so loud that I can’t think,
Trying to get to me!
I try to fight it off so hard, but they still,
Try to get to me!
My loneliness and lack of security, are the weapons they use,
To get to me!
They use lies and deceit,
To get to me!
But I won’t let them,
Get to me!
My love is too strong to let them,
Get to me!
I fight so hard just to make sure my love,
Will get to you!
There is nothing I will not go through to get my love,
Right to you!
