Lying in bed I cry myself to sleep,

Wondering if, her love, I can keep!

I can’t stand another heartache,

So, I beg you please, to take it easy on me for my sake!

I will not hurt you, I don’t know how,

If you really love me, please tell me now!

The time has come to let our feelings show,

Cause, the truth is out, this much we know!

Snow is drifting on a winters day,

Just like me falling for you in every way!

I pray to the Creator to let the sun shine,

And for your love to only be mine!

Darling, please, tell me you’ll wait,

And I promise you that I won’t be late!

Your smile lasts forever in my head,

For you are one of the reasons why I’m not dead!

Your voice so sweet, so soft and true,

I need you to whisper “I Love You!”
