The Song of Worship

Sing with me the song of worship

The song of the earth,

Of fire, water, and wind

Sing with me the song of the trees

Of the warmth of the flame,

The taste of the ocean,

The feel of summer's breeze

Sing Earth's song with a voice

That beams with the Northern star,

With the pride of the mountains,

The whisper of the trees

Sing with the howl of the wolf

And the roar of the bear

Sing the song of nature

Sing Fire's song with a voice

Angry as the lightning that strikes

Warm as the welcoming fire that blazes

Sing with the courage of the lion,

With the breath of the phoenix and dragon

Sing the song of daring

Sing Water's song with a voice

Calm as the water caressing the shore,

With the power of the crashing waves

Sing with the grace of the swan

With sympathy and passion

Sing with the voice of the dolphin

Sing Air's song with a voice

Raging as the hurricane

Swift as the eagle's wings

Sharp as the eyes of the hawk

Sing the warning of the raven

Sing with the voice of the angels

Sing the song of karma,

The song of communication

Sing for all five points of the sacred star

Sing for Akasha

Sing for each corner

Of the cradle that is our world

Sing for its Creators,

For the Goddess and God--

The moon and the sun

Sing of how it started,

Sing of the First

And the Daughter and Son

Sing of us, their children,

And sing of the spirits

Sing the song of worship

Choose the words as you go

Just sing them from your heart

Sing them with your soul
