There's no way I'll ever make you see
exactly how much you mean to me
You save me from the darkness of my mind
you make me leave the real world behind
Your words will linger with me always
and I will keep you in my heart for the rest of my days
as I sit in the dark and listen to your voice
I feel stronger than ever before
I don't feel like I can't handle life anymore
nobody can make me relax the way you do
If I owe my life to anybody it would be to you
I'd wish that I in some way could make you feel
the same way as you make me feel
Then I would be able to show you
that my love for you is real
you will never know who I am
I'm just a grain of sand
but if you ever read this poem
I hope you will understand
