Oh, little tardigrade, swimming in the blue
Enjoying the wonders of life, through a microscopic view
Such a cute small face, and a noble tiny mind
A more interesting animal, I dare you to find
These miniscule manatees cruse throughout the creek
Cryptobiosis in a pinch, for when they feel weak
High resistance to most anything, so you see
Tardigrades surely transcend all known humanity
Able to survive in the vacuum of space
The imperialistic Tardigrade won't ever be erased
From being boiled, to braving absolute zero
These tough microorganisms are truly my heroes
Radiation, please. These souls can take
amounts that would cause most others to bake
At the top of the Himalayas, Inside the Mariana Trench
My interest for these creatures can't ever be quenched
Oh, how I'd love to be a vibrant Waterbear
Floating around all day, invincible, without a single care
