You've been wandering around a dark forest for days; you don't know how you got here
But, just now, in the distance, you can see flashing lights in a clearing up ahead
As you near it, you begin to hear music, and smell many different smells
You finally break free from the trees to find but a carnival, the likes of which have never been seen before. You take a second to absorb all of this amazement. 
Suddenly, a klown grips your hand and directs you to a grand field, with rows of chairs leading to a wonderful stage, comprised of colours that can't exist 
As you take your seat among the many other spirits, the curtains begin to open
The crowd goes wild as a unknown voice shouts "Welcome to the show! Now everyone, shut up! The first act is beginning immediately!"
After the curtains are fully opened, it dawns on me what this place truly is.
