Every Minute of the Day
It's not everyday that I think about you.
But every minute of the day.
The laughter of your voice that inspires me
to hold on to the beautiful days ahead,
where if not for just a moment, but a happy moment
in which I can honestly say how sweet, how wonderful,
how lovely she really is.
How great, how smooth, how soft is the touch of her hand.
How captavading is the sparkle in her eyes.
Oh, some moments come and go, but some last for a life time.
So it's not everyday that I think about you,
But every minute of the day.
Hey! this was a great poem! I can really relate to it, but in a differant way. I met my friend Lindsey at a time in my life that was going really bad. She changed how I look at life, and is the reason why I changed for the better. She went off to college this summer, and I think and pray for her every minute of the day. Great Poem!! God Bless!!!
