Part two. World Upside Down.

I did not forget the boats. Both Passenger Ships and Cargo ships and the Tankers that daily bring oil, crude oil every day to ports all over the world. Some of you might say yes but what about the Ferry Boats. Have you travelled on a Ferry Boat and watched the Sea Gulls flying in the wake of the Ferries. The Sea Gulls are waiting for that which is thrown overboard every day. No dustbin ships where the Ferries travel day after day. Nearly everything that is not wanted goes overboard.

The seas are slowly getting covered with plastic. Plastic is the modern way of wrapping foods and even drinks come in plastic bottles. All go overboard when no more needed. The Seas or Oceans are slowly but surely getting covered in plastic rubbish. Plastic does not melt or rot away. Huge tracts of plastic rubbish are being reported day by day. Fish are being trapped in this rubbish and die a slow death. Like your fish and chips, what will you do when there are no more fish to be fished in the Oceans of this world?

Oil Tankers that carry huge loads of crude oil ply the Oceans day by day. Each oil tanker must be cleaned on a regular basis. Many Oil Tanker Captains order the crew to clean the tanks while at sea. Huge patches of crude oil do the rest and the oceans are slowly being polluted with no chance of recovery. Another way to kill off the inhabitants of the Oceans. Is this getting to you? Have you any feelings of regret that we the members of the Human race are perpetrating these outrages on our living system.

Going to the seaside for your next holiday do read the notices along the sea front. Do not eat shrimps, cockles, muscles and other shellfish without first washing and cooking them. Oh! I am sorry if I have put you off of your food, or am I? We are all responsible for this world that we live in. each piece of rubbish no matter what it is must be sorted and disposed of in a proper manner. Your Council is paying large sums of money to collect and dispose of your rubbish. Help them keep the costs down sort out your rubbish do not just throw it in the dustbin and forget about it.

Finished eating your lunch what about the wrappings that your sandwich was wrapped in that too is rubbish dispose of it in the waste bins that are everywhere to be found in a modern town or city. That bottle that you no longer need, that to can be salvaged and new bottles be made for the next drinks that you consume.

Have I woken you up to what is happening in this world we live in. If I have then it pleases me. Perhaps you too will be one of the people that prefer to sort rubbish and dispose of it properly in the receptacles placed everywhere for you to use.
