Mixed Marriage.

An Elephant and a Kangaroo.

Got married in the local zoo.

The Kangaroo was the husband proud

The Elephant proclaimed her love out loud.

The visitors to the local Zoo,

Congratulated the Elephant and the Kangaroo.

No-one worried about their offspring you know.

Would they have Elephants trunks or hop around.

Myself I think such a marriage quite unsound.

Who will be the next willing pair to wed?

I cannot see an Ape with a Camel in bed.

It is none of my business what goes on in the Zoo,

Perhaps you can do something about it, yes you

It is only in Zoos that mating like this is allowed,

In the wilds on their own all stick together a crowd.

I will no more go to a zoo

It is none of my business what they do.

But this I know is not part of the plan.

That came from heaven to the minds of Man.
