Surrounded by strangers,
Music blaring
Smoke of bud enticing the air
Soothing sound of guitar strings
Calm our unsettled minds
Peaceful lyrics,
Lifting spirits
dancing,
Singing along
"home is wherever I'm with you."
Your arms wrapped loosely around my waist,
Swaying to the rhythm of the bass
Overwhelmed with euphoria,
All I think about is you.
wishing to freeze this moment,
Foolish, hopeful thinking.
