To show you how, we love you
Some times with gifts, or homemade cards
A poem, a letter, straight from the heart
Anything at all, that we can do
To how what we knew, all because of you
Helped us all, through the rough spots
You gave us life, we thank you lots
The love you show, is a gift indeed
A heart so pure, maybe not everyone can see
You're our mother, the one who's true
Now we are grown, we always count on you
You are the most priceless gift
You help us up, if we need a lift
A woman like you who is so kind
Is truly one of the hardest things to find
You made us who, we have become
And made me ready to be a mom
