My heart will travel a million miles,
But never will it find a love more precious than ours.
A million tears will form a river between good-bye and hell-o,
Still it can't bring you back to me soon enough.
I love you so much it hurts not knowing what the weeks without you have in store,
Each second you're away will be an eternity.
How will I ever survive?
Through the miles we're apart, I'll love you more.
I'll long for you every second and need you every moment.
I hope you'll come home to me,
I hope you'll love me still.
Yet I dread there will be another one out there waiting for a man as wonderful as you.
What then?  Will you hold our wedding vows true?
Only time will tell if you'll come back the same man.
If you'll still want me in your arms.
If not, I can only blame myself for all the times I've pushed you away.
A million tears to form a river between us.
Will you build a bridge and hurry back to me?
For surely I'll drown in the sorrow of not having you at my side!
