I close my eyes and picture you there.  
I see your smile shining so bright.
And the ocean in your eyes flows through my soul.
There are no words to describe how I feel.
Love- only if it is possible from afar.
Desire- Something in me burns deeper than that.
Hunger- yes, I feel as though I'll starve without you.
Sorrow? Perhaps it burns deepest of all.
For you will always be just a dream.
You will always be the secret hunger I starve for
Yet I can't have you, for you don't know me,
And if you did, I doubt you'd ever want me.
So I close my eyes and forget reality.
If just for a second I'm yours-
Even in a dream-
Then I shall treasure that second forever.
