Rescue me from this Hell-
Take me away in the arms of love-
Hold me and never let go.
Show me once again what dreams are made of.
I was lost in this world,
All alone with no one there;
So little hope in such a hopeless nightmare,
Take me in your arms and show me once again how to care.
New love needs time to grow-
So I'm not asking to be your wife;
I'm not asking for forever.
Just show me a better and happier life.
And if there comes a time to say good-bye,
I'll let you be on your way.
Just promise not to leave me here now.
In this life I can't stay.
So take me in the arms of love,
Where we go from there I don't know.
Let love lead our way out of this hell;
And with a little time and love, well find where Heaven may grow!
