Some days I think I miss you
In the moments when I have convinced myself it was real
The moments when I lie well enough to bypass my own logic
The moments when I focus solely on the “friendship”
The moments that never last long
The moments that are quickly tainted
By the truth
Reality
That the “friendship” was really faked
That you hurt me
That you lied
That you never respected me
That I can no longer trust you
That you are poison masked as candy
