Change is my protection,
a camouflage of colours paint my regrets.
My secrets vanish behind every stroke
Quickly I paint my body,
to rid myself of guilt and shame.
The burdens are heavy, as is the paint
but the burdens stay forever
as the paint chips and cracks.
My body has been exposed
Crumbles of dust lay at my feet.
I am weighed down and weary.
Hang my head low.
Everybody makes mistakes,
But I have gone too far.
