False Movements.

I seem to melt to your fingertips,
Tracing just across my hips.
My mind is in such a haze-
I don't care, for your arms are my cage.
Soft kisses so gentle but so firm,
Making my body soften and squirm.
A grin I give so bright,
Causing your own face to light.
We dance and we sing today,
Laughing and smiling without delay.
Here in the firelight,
I suppose we're going to die tonight.
Nothing else matters-
Not the woman whose heart shatters.
We're together, you and I.
So there is no use for goodbyes.
When you cry, I cry.
And when I die, you die.
Let's savor this moment before it ends.
Don't let me forget this feeling I pretend.
