Starry Care

with gentle serendipity;

the loving thoughts sent to meet

the rising grace in the East

For in return, the light should spare

unbroken streams of starry care

to rid my heart of my despair;

thus, I seek caressing flares

this new day, I do send

my precious pleas to twilight's end;

lest the sun should fail to mend

my broken soul;  my love to tend

Wow. That's very good. I like how your screen name fit the poem and became the title. You know what's weird? My friend I was telling you about that works in Texas asked me earlier this week what your name meant. What inspired this poem?

i usually hate rhyme schemes. I guess i usually hate it when it's done by amateurs. you though... you have vision. your energy is authentic. thanks for your comments on my poems. :) I hope you were right and that poem i wrote years ago inspired something in you... if not.. check out my new ones? "growing pains..." is my new folder...

I have been lacking my muse lately as well. This latest grouping of poems has been a long hard push for me. I was constipated. Maybe you are too? Take a look and take it in. Maybe it will help :)
