I don’t often times put myself out there like this taking a deep breath and jumping into a lake of possible rejection, but here I go now to ask the questions of a couple I’ve hardly known four months, but knowing they share my objective view of child raising I ask.

If something happens will you agree to take care of our children, promise to be here no matter what. Tell them that their Mommies love them.

When our daughter finds that special someone please walk her down the aisle, tell her she’s beautiful like her parents. She came from two strong women forged in a fire of controversy, but loved lifted them from like a phoenix from the ashes.

I ask you as my friends, my family, my church, and my community.
WILL YOU DO ME THE HONOR
Of helping us raise our children into understanding that love is love not mater what gender, and life is a life through good and bad.
