Another day is coming to an end, As I stand here watching all The shocking pinks and mellow purples in the evening sky,     It brings a tear to my eye, knowing this is the last day.

Summer has nearly gone, all I am left with is memories,

Of all the laughter, fun, times we shared in the midday sun,

There is just so much to take in, so many new faces,

All the different, new and exciting places.



This summer I have been through a whole range of emotions,

From feeling as though my heart had been torn apart,

To feeling so unbeleieveably happy,

I have fallen in love at Nissi Beach,

Without a care in the world, I danced in the rain,

I have fallen down and got back up again.



With a tear in my eye, and a smile in my heart,

I will never forget this summer and everyone I have met,

Ayia napa, the lads that walked us home, looked out for us,

Back home, In my job, Out clubbin, In town shopping,

Even though there has been moments I have felt heartbroken,

Like I have been lied to, led astray.



Every day and every other moment makes up for it,

My memories and experiences alone have made me,

The person that stands before you today,

This summer has made me a better and stronger person,

And my heart goes out to everyone who has been there,

Shared these memories with me.



I am going to miss everyone and thing about this summer,

And my only hope is that the next will be even better,

This summer will go down as being one of my happiest,

most life changing experiences.
