you missed your chance

for the one last dance

do you remember my name

your not to blame



few know who I am

just another lost lamb

just one word

I wish I had heard



Maybe it could have

maybe it should have

if you'd taken the time

to listen to the rhyme



Now its all seems clear

I might still be here

if only you tried

to never make me cry



one less problem to worry about

you say you cared which I seriously doubt

too little too late

I cannot wait



for I dont belong

so I sing my song

and wait for the tide

too say my goodbye..............
