Smile

Folder:
Social Poems

Human affection is in danger of extinction
Intellectual poverty, living in predictions
The American dream was deceitful
Wrapped in Christmas paper, unbelievable!

Smile at the world, regardless of the bombs
Smile at the storm, despite the thunders struck

Every morning I stare at the mercury wall
I see the reflection of a dead man with no hope
I think God pulled the plug on us
Our solar battery is slowly given up

Smile at the pain, kill him with your brain
Smile at the vain, don’t let their flaws profane

Currency controls the freedom of the people
A glimpse of hope is crushed if you’re a heathen
Behind bars they wish to keep us
They raped us from our roots and people

Smile at the owners, they burn daily
Smile at the devil, he will pay severely
