Round Two: usa explodes its new Capitalist bomb on Thule Island killing all the seals and lifeforms inside a ten mile radius preserving the infrastructure. Recycled centrifuged metals and minerals returned to fill mines, sinkhokes, and off shore drilling vaccums.

Round Three: UK submits cleanup of space junk and Elon Musk volunteers with India and start planning immediately. All space sattelited are collected. Reprogrammed to service all Earthborn, and redeployed. Every newly constructed 10o% green home gets free sattellute connection and guaranteed life-long access to all stations, including porn.

Round Four: Cautious of another Western nation's  sanction, boycott and general shunning, Russia hands over the pilfered Uranium taken from Cherynobyl. Extra game points for suggesting throw nuke waste into the sun.

Last Round: Score zero to zero. Russia and Norway recruit their citizens to civilian job corps that become a model accepted by everyone but Somalia and The Phillipines. South Africa proposes reopening the World Court so that it can protest against whites doing manual labor on land they no longer own.
