Ursula K. LeGuin
-Truth is a matter of imagination.
Analysis: That puts a dent in mostly everything written. The truth of the poet is metaphorical, encased in allusion that makes everything equal one great and whole reality-cobbler. Science supposedly empirically based and "quantitatively proven", faith is magic based (miracle proven), history artifact based truth (often revised for slant).

Imagnation is as infinite as all the minds that have ever thought anything. A nice idea to float inside.

Truth
In a bottle, hermetically
sealed, canned, time
capsuled, what is relies
on perception.
.
Cast a rock in mud. No
ripples, no pretty image
for time and communication
or infinity conceptioning
as metaphor. The mind
that dies at birth thinks,
"Oh! So that was reality."
.
Truth just might, afterall,
be little bird tweeting
in tree.
