I want to feel good
And I know that I will

All the while as I'm standing still
And there's absolutely nothing
That could possibly get in my way
And on this very day
That I'm living
All to be giving and loving
I'm going to tell myself
That everything is going to be just fine
All to be looking for
A very lovely sign
Of something beautiful
As I've always known
That I absolutely could
'Cause I want to feel good
And I know that I will
So just as long as I'm still standing
And just as long as I'm still breathing
I will feel good in every way
And I know that I will feel good today
I want to feel good
And there's nothing there to stop me
'Cause this is the day I will live
So freely and so happily to be
Living so lovingly to the greatest
And I will live my life to the fullest
And there's not going to be anyone
Who'll stand in my way to stop me
From living my life of being free
'Cause I want to feel good
And I know that today is the day
That nothing will be there
To get in my fucking way
So I know that I'll feel good
Just like I know that I should
In every way
No matter how today will be
'Cause I'm going to feel good
And I'm going to feel good today
I want to feel good
And I have the right to do so
'Cause I'm as happy as I can be
And there is so much more for me
To see and to know
To be able to be happy
And to be able to grow
And I guess that it's so obvious to see
All that I've got going on
From deep down inside of me
That I will have a smile on my face
No matter how hard
Life can try so much to erase
'Cause I'm going to feel good today
About whatever it is that I'm going to be doing
With still so much to say
So I'm now well on my way
To having to start a better day
Of love and harmony
With so much that is going on
From deep down inside of me
Along with the happiness in my life
No matter of all the sadness and strife
'Cause I'm going to feel good
In every single way
And I'm going to feel so fucking good
