Met a girl the other day

Sat with her and drank a cup
I made her mine.
Sang a song danced a dance
As if nothing really mattered
In my own private wonderland

But believe it or not

As the face I see staring
Through the looking glass is my own

For all this girl wants is a way to get back home
How sad I was lost
As the boy who lost his shadow
But she found me

Maybe fate but that’s a lie
