My fathers truck, this reminds me of him because every day when I arrive from school, he gets home half an hour later in his small White truck, I can even know that he is home without seeing him because you can hear the motor roar when he turns the corner. When I ask him why he even likes so much his truck if it isn’t even brand new, he tells me because that truck is part of his routine and it helps him to get his work done day by day, my father tells me that his truck is like they are work buddies, he spends most part of his day with him. They have been together a long trip, my father understands the truck so well, that he knows what it is able to do before doing the job. He tells me that the inside of the truck is the best part of it because, he personalized each part of it, he knows perfectly where is each thing located in the inside of his truck, he tries to make everything handy, for when he needs something he already knows exactly in which place it will be. I can steel remember the first time I drove his precious truck after telling me each single detail of the things I should or I shouldn’t do, even how to do them he let me drove alone with it. It seemed that he was more worried about his truck than his own child. Almost every Sunday he washes by himself his truck, he cleans each corner of it with so much care, he doesn’t mind that next Monday he will enter into a dusty place, he loves cleaning his truck, he tells me that is something that relaxes him. But when he doesn’t have time for him to clean it he asks me to go with him to the same old car wash he has been going since years ago to clean his truck, it seems that they are always waiting for us to arrive because, when we do we don’t make line anymore, and they always receive us with a big smile and sometimes when the owner is free he comes out to chitchat with us, he is a very old friend of my dad. They both have a great passion for cars, his friend really appreciates how much my dad takes care of his little white truck. And he is always say that he will assure that his truck ends in good hands.
