You are in the window

As I come through the rain

Looking past the raindrops

I see through your pane.



I am in the shadow

Peering through the night,

Watching as your misery

Brings your tears to light.



Come away from the window

I will come in from the rain

To kiss past your teardrops

And see you through your pain.
